Q- How long does it take to order a wedding gown?
A- Ordering time varies from company to company so the wedding gown should be ordered about 8 months before the wedding.
Q- What if my wedding is in less than 3 months, can I still get a wedding gown?
A- Yes you can, any or our wedding gowns can be purchased off the rack and altered within a matter of hours if need be.
Q- Is there an extra charge for alterations? And how fast can they be done?
A- Yes, alterations are extra and the price varies depending on how much work needs to be done at a very reasonable price. Since we do the alterations right in the store they can be done the same day.
Q- How will I know which dress style is best suited for me?
A- We have a highly trained sales staff that work with you one on one to help you choose the perfect dress.
Q- If I buy my bridesmaid dresses from your store will you do the alterations?
A- Yes we can! We do alterations on anything purchased from us whether it’s a big job or a small job. We don’t say no.
Q- How long does it take to order bridesmaids, mothers and flower girl dresses?
A- Bridesmaids, mothers and flower girls take approximately 3 to 4 months to order. They should be ordered at least 6 months before the wedding to leave room for delivery and alterations.
Q- What happens if I lose or gain any weight after I order my dress?
A- There is no limit to how much we can take in a dress, however there is a limit on how much we can let out a dress. If that is the case then there are other options that can be discussed with the seamstress.
Q- Do you except outside alterations on dresses that were not purchased from your store?
A- We do except outside alterations depending on how busy we are with our own work. It’s always best to call ahead and ask.
